General Return & Exchange Policy
You can return/ exchange your order within 7 days of the order delivery.
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
To be eligible for a refund on returning an item, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we have received the products and quality check (whether it has returned with dirt, any kind of spots or in used condition) is successful, the product amount will be credited back to your account.
If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will arrange reverse pickup for your order. But you have to Pay 50/- extra for the shipping charges for the size exchange. The replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned and received at our end.
Refund of shipping charges isn’t applicable and the amount would be deducted from the product amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Some items may not be eligible for return if you "no longer need it" (including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect design or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered).
